The Ratchet Hardware alone for this strap is extremely heavy duty and weighs over 7 lbs alone. The Ratchet is designed for Flatbed Trucks and Tailers and should never be used for pickup trucks, pickup trailers, or interior moving vans. You will want to use a 1 inch or 2-inch Ratchet Strap instead for those applications. Wire Hooks can quickly hook into place allowing for you to tighten the 4-inch ratchet to create a heavy-duty and durable securement point for oversized and heavy cargo.
